Diji Studio is a minority and woman owned architecture and interior design practice based in the New York City and Jersey City area, working on design projects of varying scale. We work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to navigate approvals, coordinate complex requirements, and carry projects through construction with clarity. The studio is led by Ida Tam, a registered architect in NY and NJ with over 15 years of experience across design, documentation, and construction administration. Our approach is collaborative and hands-on, with an emphasis on thoughtful design, practical solutions, and well-executed spaces.

Experience across ground-up construction, renovations, and interior build-outs in residential and mixed-use contexts. Work includes DOB and LPC filings, zoning analysis, construction documentation, and owner’s representation.
